Here come the clouds that will bring us rain for the next several days…

I was at the Orthodontist’s, waiting in the waiting room for them to work on my kid’s teeth. Bored. So I snapped photos of the waiting room. Exciting, huh? Doesn’t the carpet looks like a wavy ocean?

Yeah, I was so bored, I was seeing things…

She loves being outside. She will moan pitifully if the children go out and do not include her. So I got a harness, and allow her to prance in the grass with limitations. Notice the clover on her head?

I haven’t been as diligent with this blog and my cooking blog. My attentions are turned toward the house and yard, which need work. We’re estimating a paint job on the exterior of the house these days…

There’s a wildlife refuge next to us, so we get a healthy share of critters in our yard: ducks, geese, deer, and even a peacock! And I never knew that peacocks can actually fly- did you know that? The thing flew up into one of our trees and made the weirdest sounds.
