Another snapshot of Fort Stanwix in Rome, NY. The fort is plunked in the center of the city. It’s a lovely green spot to peruse amongst all the hustle and bustle of city traffic.

Ancient Oak

We attended the Antique & Classic Car Show in Utica a few weekends ago. The cars were marvelous, but then my gaze struck this amazing tree. It’s an old white oak, perhaps planted by the homeowners 100+ years ago. Beautiful!
