Tabby Point Siamese

Tabby Point Stripes

I spoil this cat, I do. Because for all my other cats, I wouldn’t DARE let them sit on my table or hop onto my counters! Maybe it’s old age, maybe I’m finally becoming more tolerant, lol…

My kitty, Livvy, is a Tabby Point Siamese. Which is a fancy way of saying that she is half Siamese, half plain ol’ tabby cat. But the blend is a nice one: she’s elegant and personable like the Siamese; she’ll chase mice like the tabby cat. And the markings are lovely. She has blue eyes. And six toes. And a queer little kink at the end of her tail.

Looking back now, I wish I had also adopted her siblings. She has a sister that looks like her, and two brothers that were black (this was when they were kittens; I don’t know what they look like now). But we already had two tabbies at home, plus a dog and a bird (whew). And transporting four rambunctious kitties halfway across the state would have required long distance movers or something. :-p

So Livvy is an only child, a pampered, spoiled only child. So far, it hasn’t gone to her head. Although, she does like me to lift her up every morning so she can see out the bathroom window…
