Weeds and Children

Both grow so quickly overnight.

I found that photo in my archives… must be about 2 or 3 years old now. Good heavens, how my boys have grown! My older son is now over six feet! How on earth did he manage that?! I’m not terribly tall, and neither is The Hubs.. was it those prenatal vitamins?! And the amazing thing is that he still has 3 or 4 years of growing to do yet. Whew. It’s nice because he can reach the upper cabinets for me. :D

The photo was taken at Fountain Elms in Utica, NY. It’s a lovely place to visit in the summer. They do it up nicely, with flags and flowers.
